My job is to put those foundations in so completely that the structure outlasts every fashion in software.
Fifteen years inside accountancy, finance and governance taught me that the most expensive thing in a professional life is not the work itself. It is the work you have already done and can no longer find. The saved articles, the meticulously-filed drives, the meeting recordings, the WhatsApp threads, the books read and underlined, the emails that mattered at the time. Twenty-five years of useful material, sitting in a digital graveyard, none of it compounding into anything.
execintelligence is the system I built to dig up my own graveyard, then formalised so others could use it.
